How to Check the Merit List?

Students can check their college allotment on the official website 11thadmission.org.in by following the steps below:

  1. Visit the website – 11thadmission.org.in
  2. Click on the “Allotment List” tab
  3. Enter your Application ID
  4. Click on “Search”
  5. Your allotted college details will appear on the screen

If the message “There are no records to display” appears, it means you have not been allotted any college yet.

What to Do If a College Has Been Allotted?

Students who have been allotted a college must visit the respective college between June 30 and July 7, 2025, to complete the admission process. Be sure to carry all original and photocopied documents. College timings will begin from 10:00 AM onwards.

Required Documents

  • 10th Marksheet
  • School Leaving Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • FYJC Application Receipt
  • Passport size photographs
  • Photocopies of all documents

What If You Don’t Want the Allotted College?

If you have been allotted a lower-preference college and do not wish to take admission, simply do not click on the “Proceed for Admission” button. The allotment will automatically be cancelled after July 7. You will then be eligible to participate in Round 2, where you can submit a new preference list of colleges.

When Will Round 2 Begin?

Round 1 admissions will close on July 7. On July 8, the updated vacancy list will be published. Round 2 is expected to begin from July 9 or 10. Students can modify their preference list, change their stream, and apply again for a new allotment.

What If No College Was Allotted in Round 1?

If no college has been allotted in Round 1, students just need to wait. Once Round 2 begins, fill out the form again and choose colleges according to your marks. Avoid selecting only top colleges with high cut-offs.

What If You Got Your First Preference College?

If you have been allotted the college that you selected as your first preference, taking admission is mandatory. If you do not confirm admission in this college, you will not be allowed to participate in any further regular rounds. You will have to wait for the special round which usually happens in August and may have limited seat options.

Conclusion

The Maharashtra FYJC Admission 2025 First Merit List has been officially released. Students who have been allotted a college must complete their admission between June 30 and July 7. Those who haven’t been allotted a college or are not satisfied with their allotment can wait for Round 2 and apply with updated preferences.
