Rojgar Point is a job portal for India. It brings three kinds of work together in one place: government jobs, private company jobs and small local work posted by people in your own area. The aim is simple. A person looking for work should be able to find a real opening, understand it in plain language and reach the right place to apply, without paying anyone for a job.

What you will find here

• Government jobs: recruitment notifications with last date, vacancies, eligibility, age limit and fees, along with admit cards, results and answer keys.
• Private jobs: openings from companies that are hiring in India, each with a summary of the role, the requirements and a link to the company apply page.
• Local Jobs: small work such as mason work, painting, repairs, driving and daily help, posted by people near you with the rate and the area.
• For employers and candidates: a company can post a vacancy, and a candidate can upload a resume to be contacted for suitable openings.

How we prepare government updates

We compile details from public notifications and compare key facts such as dates, vacancies, fees and age limits across more than one source. A fact is shown only when the sources agree. If an important detail cannot be confirmed, the update is not published. Every page links to the official website, and that official source is always the final word.

How we prepare private jobs

Private jobs come from the public career pages of companies and from employers who send us a vacancy. We check every few hours whether a job is still open. When a company closes a job, it is marked as closed here. We do not invent a salary, a last date or a requirement. When the company has not stated something, the page says so.

Use of software and AI

We use software, including AI tools, to rewrite long postings into short and simple language. These tools are given only the facts from the posting and are not allowed to add numbers or dates of their own. Pages that do not have enough reliable detail are not published.

How Local Jobs works

Anyone who is logged in can post local work. Our team checks each post before it goes live. The work, the rate and the area are visible to everyone. The contact number is visible to every logged-in user, which keeps the people who post work safe from spam calls.

What we do not do

• We are not a government website and are not connected with any recruitment board.
• We are not a recruitment agent and do not decide who gets a job.
• We never ask for money in exchange for a job, an interview or a selection.
