Who can use the website

You must be 18 years or older to create an account, post a job or local work, upload a resume.

Your account

You log in with your Google account. You are responsible for what is done from your account. One account is for one person. Do not share your account with others.

Using the website

• Use the website for your own job search or to share genuine vacancies and work.
• Do not copy content in bulk, collect phone numbers or other data with automated tools, or resell information from the website.
• Do not misuse the forms, post false information or try to disrupt the website.

Posting a company job

• Post only genuine vacancies with correct details.
• Jobs that ask candidates for money, deposits or training fees are not allowed.
• Every job is reviewed, and we may edit, reject or remove a job without notice.

Posting local work

• Post only real work with a correct rate, area and phone number that belongs to you.
• Work that is illegal, unsafe or meant for a person under 18 is not allowed.
• By posting, you agree that members can see your name and phone number and may call you.

Uploading a resume

Upload only your own resume with correct details. By uploading, you agree that we may contact you about job openings.

Membership and payment

Contact numbers and messages are free for every logged-in user.

Our role in Local Jobs

Rojgar Point only helps people find each other. We do not verify the identity, skill or background of people who post work or who respond to it. We are not a party to any work, payment, injury, loss or dispute between them. Please agree on the work and the rate clearly, meet in a safe place and never pay an advance to a stranger.

Accuracy

We work to keep information correct, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Always verify dates, fees and eligibility on the official source before you act.

Content and ownership

The text, design and arrangement of this website belong to Rojgar Point. Names and logos of companies and organisations belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.

Limits of our responsibility

The website is provided as it is. To the extent allowed by law, Rojgar Point is not responsible for any loss arising from the use of the website, from a job or work found through it, or from websites linked from it.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nawada, Bihar have jurisdiction.
