As an AI Developer at TechTorch, you will be part of a hands-on, fast-moving team that ships production-grade AI systems rather than just running proofs of concept. This is a practical engineering role where you will build real AI products that solve industry problems. A normal day in this role involves designing and implementing multi-step AI agents, connecting them to external APIs and SaaS applications, integrating top models like Claude, GPT, and Gemini, taking prototypes to production using cloud deployment and containers, and collaborating directly with clients to iterate quickly and capture requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows using Python.
• Build using tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, and AWS Bedrock.
• Integrate and evaluate top AI models including Gemini, GPT, and Claude.
• Connect agents to real systems via APIs, SaaS apps, webhooks, queues, and events.
• Implement memory, retrieval, and planning to ensure reliable agent behavior.
• Take prototypes to production utilizing CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment.
• Build internal SDKs and reusable agent templates to accelerate delivery.
• Instrument systems with logging, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or complex automations.
• Strong Python skills including async programming, testing, and packaging.
• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain and orchestration tools like n8n, Bedrock, Airflow, or Temporal.
• Familiarity with model ecosystems such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
• Solid data foundations covering embeddings, RAG, chunking, and indexing.
• Software engineering fundamentals including Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.

Good to have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with FastAPI and Node.js
• Knowledge of Supabase
• Experience with observability tools like Langfuse, W&B, or OpenTelemetry
