Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CBO to identify, prioritize, and execute critical growth initiatives.
- Own strategic projects from initial hypothesis and analysis through execution and iteration.
- Evaluate new markets, customer segments, products, partnerships, and business models.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Establish operating mechanisms, dashboards, metrics, and processes for better accountability.
- Analyze business performance, pipeline, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
- Leverage AI and automation to accelerate research, analysis, and internal productivity.
