As the Group Product Manager for Customer Acquisition at Pearl, you will lead a portfolio of high-impact B2C growth products while developing a team of product managers. Responsibilities
- Set a clear product strategy and portfolio of opportunities across multiple product teams.
- Lead and mentor 4 Product Managers, handling hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Partner with functional leaders to set priorities, allocate resources, and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Improve product decision-making speed by helping teams move efficiently from insights to validated learning.
- Enable product managers to maintain autonomy, alignment, and accountability across the portfolio.
- Utilize AI throughout product development to accelerate insights, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Collaborate regularly with global teams while maintaining required overlap with U.S. business hours.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in Product Management.
- Proven experience owning and scaling B2C products, platforms, or portfolios.
- 4+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers.
- Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap ownership, prioritization, and business impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with data, analytics, experimentation, metrics, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
- Experience in customer acquisition, growth, conversion funnels, or other data-driven B2C products.
- Practical experience with AI/GenAI, automation, or emerging technologies.
