Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a large configuration team handling complex partner implementations.
- Build and maintain a capacity model to forecast workload and prevent team over-allocation.
- Manage configuration schedules, identify risks early, and escalate solutions when needed.
- Define, document, and improve configuration processes from intake to validation.
- Administer Jira and Confluence for the team, enforcing ticketing standards and maintaining documentation.
- Track and report key performance metrics including cycle time, throughput, and on-time completion.
- Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Engineering, and Product to sequence work and remove blockers.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in technical project management, delivery management, or technical operations.
- 3+ years managing a team of 10 or more people.
- Expert-level Jira and Confluence administration skills.
- Experience leading a distributed team across multiple time zones.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time.
