NextGen Ventures operates a 24/7 live casino studio in Monterrey, Mexico, supporting international markets. Since the Monterrey team is offline overnight, the company needs continuous monitoring of its Customer Support area, building, systems, and operational environment. As an Operations Specialist for Live Monitoring based in the Indore office, you will work during the IST shift covering the studio's overnight hours. Your core duties involve reviewing Customer Support CCTV cameras, watching operational dashboards and system-health indicators, spotting unusual activity or issues, performing trained first-level fixes, escalating problems when necessary, and reporting everything with clarity. A normal day in this role involves managing multiple monitors and CCTV feeds, conducting routine operational checks, executing authorized remote fixes following strict technical runbooks, logging incidents with accurate timestamps, communicating with international teams, and delivering a structured daily report and shift handover.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review Customer Support CCTV camera feeds during the shift to watch for unusual activity or security concerns.
• Monitor operational dashboards and systems supporting the Customer Support environment to identify warnings or service interruptions early.
• Perform trained remote fixes before escalating, such as restarting services or remotely rebooting equipment using documented technical runbooks.
• Identify technical, operational, or security incidents, verify them, and escalate issues beyond your authority to the designated on-call technician.
• Monitor the building for unauthorized entry, doors left open, or other unusual activity through CCTV coverage.
• Maintain an accurate running log of incidents, fixes, escalations, CCTV observations, and notable events.
• Provide a structured daily report and clear shift handover covering system incidents, downtime, fixes, and security observations.

Requirements

• Comfortable working across multiple monitors, CCTV feeds, dashboards, and operational systems for a full shift.
• Strong observation and attention to detail with the ability to understand visual indicators and basic system-health information.
• Able to follow technical and operational runbooks precisely without improvising beyond training.
• Calm and clear communicator during incidents with good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable coordinating with teams in other countries and time zones.
• Dependable, punctual, honest in reporting, and comfortable owning a shift independently.
• Willing to work on-site from Indore.
