As a Principal Solutions Architect APAC at Talon.One in India, you will lead enterprise-level API integrations for major regional customers, managing complex projects from start to finish. You will be part of the expanding APAC Post-Sales team, working alongside colleagues in India, Singapore, and Australia while reporting to the VP of Customer in Germany. A normal day involves designing large-scale integrations, collaborating with system integrators, guiding customer architectural strategies, and troubleshooting live performance metrics. You will also partner directly with internal teams and clients to define project scopes and milestones, evaluate partner performance, and mentor the Technical Account Management team on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale API integrations for enterprise customers.
- Partner with implementation partners and system integrators to align with best practices.
- Oversee project success by reviewing planning, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables with customers and internal teams.
- Act as a long-term technical advisor shaping architectural strategy for enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of live integrations using logs and metrics.
- Mentor the Technical Account Management team on technical and project management.
Requirements
- Bring 10+ years in a technical or customer-facing role with enterprise customers.
- Architect solutions on API-based SaaS products across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience in MarTech, CDPs, customer engagement platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Lead large-scale projects end to end, managing resources and mitigating risk.
- Translate technical concepts clearly for stakeholders from engineers to senior executives.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges using concrete evidence.
