Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery operations and ensure adherence to SLAs and operating models.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk HR matters involving clients and workers.
- Drive compliance with country-specific employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Mentor and manage the performance of Regional HR Service Delivery Specialists.
- Standardize HR processes and enforce consistent workflows, controls, and documentation across countries.
- Collaborate with Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance teams for compliant HR execution.
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure all HR processes are supported by proper documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in regional HR service delivery operations within the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of country-specific employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in escalation management and complex problem resolution.
- Ability to mentor and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination with payroll, legal, and finance functions.
- Strong background in compliance adherence, risk management, and audit readiness.
