Senior People Partner

As a Senior People Partner at Blink Health in India, your normal day involves providing high-touch people partnership to business teams and acting as an internal consultant by leveraging the entire People & Culture function. You will help the team perform at their best by implementing programs and strategies that support and develop employees and infrastructure. A normal day includes coaching and consulting managers on how to better manage, guiding client teams through performance management and employee relations, and reinforcing the company's first principles, processes, and practices. Blink Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that builds products like BlinkRx and Quick Save to make prescription medications accessible, transparent, and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, employee development, and talent programs
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and collaborate with the legal department
• Implement talent programs and initiatives to retain, develop, and inspire talent
• Guide client teams through performance management processes and performance issues
• Collaborate with People Operations to develop policies, programs, and solutions
• Identify core learning and training needs for employees across different career levels
• Provide thought leadership on scaling culture, retention, morale, and management effectiveness

Requirements

• 10+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a tech startup
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with diverse HR talent tools and systems
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
• Experience partnering with talent programs teams to implement company-wide initiatives
• Deep hands-on knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance for India
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
