As a Senior Technical Project Manager in this remote role, you will spearhead project delivery across engineering, legal, and customer teams. A normal day involves coordinating multiple workstreams, driving cloud environment security efforts, building intake and prioritization frameworks, leading scrum ceremonies, tracking action items from architecture reviews, and keeping senior leadership updated with clear dashboard reports. You will collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to evaluate requirements, manage launches, and guide teams toward better practices while communicating technical tradeoffs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across product engineering, legal, and enterprise customer commitments.
• Drive execution of cloud environment security efforts including control rollout, remediation SLAs, and audit readiness.
• Build execution mechanisms like product-style intake, prioritization frameworks, and launch readiness reviews.
• Partner with engineering, product, and program management collaborators to prioritize requirements and manage tooling deprecation.
• Maintain clear program-level dashboards and status reports for senior leadership and collaborators.
• Lead scrum ceremonies and optimize processes as team needs evolve.
• Communicate regularly through status updates and progress reviews with internal collaborators.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical project or program management experience
• 2 to 5 years of exposure to security, cloud, or infrastructure environments
• Direct accountability for programs spanning multiple related engineering teams reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager
• Expert-level proficiency in PgM and PM tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in shipping products including GA achievements, launch readiness, and post-launch operations
• Working familiarity with cloud security posture management, Kubernetes runtime security, and security data pipelines
• Ability to interpret system build documents and ask informed questions regarding distributed systems

Good to have

• A computer science degree or comparable industry background
• Prior individual contributor engineering experience or comfort reading code in Python, Go, or Java
• Direct experience with major SIEM and SOAR platforms, cloud provider security services, or Kubernetes-native security tooling
• Experience running Sev 1 or Sev 2 incident coordination
• Prior work on data protection, privacy, or DLP programs
