As the company expands, its Delivery department is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a fully remote position in India. In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to securing vital operational technology and internet of things environments. A normal day involves delivering post-sales support, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, replicating customer issues in a lab setting, collaborating with internal product and engineering groups, and providing exceptional customer service. Who should apply
This role suits professionals with a solid background in network security, Unix systems, and customer-facing technical support. Ideal candidates possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of security appliances, and familiarity with virtualization and API integrations. It is a great fit for individuals who can work autonomously in a fully remote setup requiring a dedicated home office with reliable power and internet.
