As the General Manager for India at Fleek, you will lead and scale the company's supply engine into a multi-million-dollar business. Fleek operates a global B2B marketplace and AI-powered infrastructure that digitizes the traditionally offline and manual secondhand fashion supply chain, aiming to make secondhand the first choice globally. In this role, you report directly to the CEO with full ownership of supply, warehousing, quality control, and logistics across India. A normal day for you is highly versatile: you might spend time on a warehouse floor in Panipat or Kandla optimizing physical operations, driving commercial growth by acquiring and deepening supplier relationships, launching new business lines like factory leftover stock liquidation, and implementing AI-native automations to streamline supply and seller management.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the India P&L and supply engine to achieve business growth targets by 2028.
• Deepen existing supplier inventory contributions in hubs like Panipat and Kandla.
• Broaden the supplier network by expanding into other high-potential Indian markets.
• Transform suppliers into a social engine by preparing them for video handpicks and chat-based selling.
• Protect the buyer experience by maintaining vetted sellers and monitoring fulfillment and cancellation rates.
• Launch and scale a new business line focused on licensed factory leftover stock liquidation.
• Build and expand the India organization from the existing baseline team.
• Run an AI-native operation by automating repeatable parts of supply, quality control, and seller management.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience, based in Delhi NCR.
• Proven market-launch track record of building and scaling teams and entering new geographic markets.
• Strong commercial and P&L ownership with experience carrying revenue or margin targets.
• AI-native working style with the ability to personally build or run repeatable automations.
• Operational depth across warehousing, quality control, and logistics at scale.
• Cross-functional versatility and communication skills across sales, operations, and customer experience.

Good to have

• Direct knowledge of the used-clothing or liquidation industry.
• Familiarity with India's textile recycling and surplus clusters including Panipat and Kandla.
• Founder or founding-team experience.
• Exposure to video, live, or chat-based commerce.
