Amtech provides enterprise software solutions that streamline order management, production planning, and inventory for the packaging, printing, and manufacturing industries. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical contributor providing in-person IT support for the Bengaluru office and handling India time-zone execution. A normal day involves delivering on-site break/fix support, hardware imaging, conference room troubleshooting, managing endpoints via Microsoft Intune, administering enterprise services, and collaborating with global IT peers to maintain a resilient hybrid environment aligned with security standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person IT support for the Bengaluru office including hardware swaps, imaging, and AV troubleshooting.
- Manage local time-zone execution for IT incidents, service requests, and operational changes.
- Operate and troubleshoot hybrid environment infrastructure, identity, access, and networking services.
- Drive endpoint deployment and configuration using Microsoft Intune and manage device lifecycles.
- Execute ITSM processes for incident, request, change, and problem management to ensure service reliability.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline endpoint provisioning, reporting, and daily workflows.
- Support operational security controls aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience providing in-person IT support and site coverage in an office environment.
- Familiarity with hybrid environment operations spanning Microsoft 365 and related enterprise services.
- Experience managing endpoints and device lifecycles using tools like Microsoft Intune.
- Understanding of networking, remote access capabilities, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes including incident, request, and change management.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

- Experience with macOS management via JAMF or equivalent tools.
- Skills in developing automation for endpoint provisioning and workflows.
- Background in supporting office relocations and onboarding logistics with HR and facilities.
