In this role, you will help build and scale the India office from the ground up by supporting hiring across business, operations, and technical teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Recruiting, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to drive hiring strategies locally. A normal day involves partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines, sourcing passive candidates, coordinating cross-timezone interviews, and helping shape local recruiting processes during a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on hiring needs and role scopes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from intake and sourcing to offers and closing.
- Handle candidate scheduling, interview operations, and logistics for evening and overnight interviews.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for business, operations, and technical roles.
- Provide insights on local and global talent markets and compensation expectations.
- Help build and evolve local recruiting processes and team norms as the office grows.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience reflecting company values.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for business, operations, or technical roles.
- Experience recruiting in a startup or fast-scaling environment with comfort in ambiguity.
- Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles and assessing skill requirements.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM tools, and referrals.
- Comfort supporting recruiting operations and coordination alongside individual requisitions.
- Ability to track recruiting metrics, spot trends, and adjust strategies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills across teams and time zones.
