People Generalist

As a People Generalist at Twilio in India, you will support the delivery of People priorities and HRBPs across the APJ region from a remote setup. Your normal day involves partnering on program roll-outs, analyzing HR data and trends like headcount and attrition to prepare reports for leadership, managing performance management cases end-to-end, and coaching managers. You will also help execute business-led initiatives like re-organizations and job role assessments, coordinate annual cyclical events, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams like IT, Recruiting, and Compensation. Responsibilities

• Partner with the HRBP team for the APJ region to support program roll-outs and process execution
• Analyze HR data and metrics to generate reports and insights for senior leadership
• Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end with managers
• Coach managers through the performance management process to ensure positive employee experiences
• Execute and lead business-led initiatives such as re-orgs and job role assessments
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management, IT, ER, Compliance, and Recruiting
• Manage annual cyclical events like calibration and pulse surveys
• Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an HR role in a matrixed organisation
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Decisive problem solver with a get-it-done attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to make administrative decisions and handle confidential issues
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
• Experience with data storytelling connecting internal data with external benchmarks
• Enhances productivity through the strategic use of AI tools
• Demonstrates employee focus and proactive communication for optimum HR support

Good to have

• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
