Scopely, a top global interactive entertainment and mobile gaming company behind hits like MONOPOLY GO! and Pokémon GO, is hiring a Senior 2D Marketing Artist for its Bangalore team. You will join Flamed, the company's in-house creative agency that builds thousands of marketing assets annually to support games worldwide. In this role, you will focus on high-quality visual execution within a Production Pod. A normal day involves crafting static visuals such as ads, store assets, and social media posts from briefs. You will execute AI-generated visuals and refine them using paintovers, compositing, and layout techniques. Working with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and sometimes Blender or Maya, you will assemble polished artwork with clean lighting and strong compositional balance. You will also participate in performance-based iteration cycles driven by KPIs, collaborate with international colleagues, and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality marketing assets from briefs, benchmarks, pipelines, and templates.
• Execute and refine AI-generated visuals through paintovers, compositing, and layout.
• Use 2D tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to build polished visuals with clean lighting and retouching.
• Learn and use 3D tools like Blender or Maya to create solid art baselines.
• Participate in performance-based iteration cycles based on KPIs and creative performance.
• Partner with Lead Artists to deliver top-notch creatives reflecting brand identity.
• Collaborate with international teams and track workflows through internal platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or production art roles in gaming or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio showing execution-heavy marketing art and AI-generated visuals.
• Strong 2D design fundamentals including layout, color, lighting, and storytelling.
• Proven skills with AI generation tools like Midjourney, Flux, and Stable Diffusion.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in fast-paced timelines.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills for international collaboration.

Good to have

• Experience with UA or ASO asset production.
• Knowledge of 3D production tools.
• Familiarity with AI art pipelines and prompt writing.
• Experience using production tracking systems and collaborative project tools.
