As a Senior Enterprise Applications Developer for NetSuite at Precisely International in India, you will design, build, and support custom solutions on the Oracle NetSuite platform while managing vital integrations across the application landscape. A normal day in this role involves collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to transform business needs into scalable solutions, writing SuiteScript 2.x code, managing the SuiteCloud Development Framework, resolving production issues, and mentoring other developers to set high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy NetSuite customisations using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and the SuiteCloud Development Framework.
• Partner with stakeholders in Finance and Operations to gather requirements and create technical designs.
• Build and maintain third-party integrations using SuiteTalk web services, RESTlets, and middleware.
• Create saved searches, SuiteQL queries, dashboards, and Advanced PDF templates for business reporting.
• Manage the development lifecycle using Git source control, peer reviews, and sandbox-to-production releases.
• Provide Tier 3 support and root-cause analysis for production issues during month-end and quarter-end closes.
• Ensure compliance with change-management and SOX audit controls across all technical changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with end-to-end delivery of customisations.
• 7+ years of SuiteScript development including extensive SuiteScript 2.x and 5+ years supporting integrations.
• Expertise in JavaScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, SuiteQL, SDF, and Git.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite record structures and core financial processes like GL, AR, AP, and Order-to-Cash.
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and experience in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Practical use of AI coding assistants and understanding of AI-driven ERP automation and data governance.

Good to have

• Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant certification.
• Experience with NetSuite modules like Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and OneWorld.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing like Jest with SuiteCloud Unit Testing.
• Experience with SuiteCommerce, SuiteApp development, or Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations.
