Hasbro is looking for a Sr Specialist A/P to join their team and help build legendary play experiences through the magic of play. In this remote role based in India, you will work as part of the Americas Finance Shared Services organization to support and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations for North America and Latin America. As a primary liaison between internal finance teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and outsourced providers, you will help maintain strong internal controls and drive efficient P2P processes. A normal day in this position involves handling invoice processing, resolving supplier issues, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for P2P processes and systems.
- Monitor and resolve escalated invoices, payments, and supplier issues.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, company policies, and procurement procedures.
- Maintain approval matrices, signatory authorities, and workflow governance documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support KPI reporting, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
- Experience working within a multinational organization or shared services environment.
- Experience supporting ERP-based financial processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or Workday.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with workflow and invoice management systems.
- Strong competencies in customer focus, accountability, and analytical problem solving.

- Experience with BlackLine, Coupa, Ariba, Concur, ServiceNow, or Power BI.
