Eligibility
Assistant Grade-3
- Graduation from a recognised university
- 1-year Diploma in Modern Office Management (MOM)
- 1-year computer diploma
- Hindi or English typing at 5,000 key depressions per hour (computer-tested)
Data Entry Operator
- Graduation, 1-year MOM diploma and 1-year computer diploma
- Hindi or English typing at 8,000 key depressions per hour
Age Limit
21 to 40 years as on 1 January 2026, with relaxation as per General Administration Department rules.
Selection Process
Marks-based weightage on graduation, higher secondary and diploma, plus government work experience and a computer skill test. If two candidates have equal marks, experience in PMAY-G and then higher age get preference.
