Every current Zila Panchayat and Gram Panchayat Sachiv notice in Chhattisgarh asks for the application by registered post or speed post only. Forms delivered by hand, by email or through any other route are not accepted, and incomplete forms are rejected. This checklist is built from the instructions written in the 2026 notices of Gariaband, Dhamtari, Bemetara, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Kondagaon and Balrampur.
Step 1: Get the Right Form
Download the application format attached to the official notification on the district website. Use only that format — each district has its own.
Step 2: Fill the Form Carefully
- Write every detail clearly; illegible forms can be rejected.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph and self-attest it.
- If you are applying for more than one post, check whether the notice asks for a separate form for each post.
Step 3: Attach Self-Attested Documents
- 10th, 12th and graduation mark sheets and certificates (as required for the post)
- Computer diploma certificate (for Sachiv, DEO, Assistant Grade-3)
- Permanent resident / domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh or the district
- Caste certificate, if claiming reservation
- Experience certificate. Bemetara also asks for salary slips or bank statements as proof of experience.
- Employment exchange registration, where asked (Balodabazar-Bhatapara)
Step 4: Prepare the Envelope
- Use a sealed envelope.
- Write the name of the post and your category on the outside of the envelope.
- Gariaband's notice asks for two self-addressed envelopes with Rs 5 postal stamps inside.
- Address it to: The Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat [District name], Chhattisgarh.
Step 5: Post It Early
The deadline is the date the form must reach the office, usually by 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM. Send it at least 5–7 days before the last date and keep the speed post receipt.
