Lyra Clinical Associates, working alongside Lyra Health, is searching for an Affiliate Psychologist who is fluent in Farsi. Lyra Health is a major provider of evidence-based mental health care, partnering with employers and health plans globally to deliver care through its integrated platform. In this contract role, you will provide professional mental health support to clients. A typical day involves offering evidence-based treatments, managing clinical risks and crises when necessary, scheduling and conducting sessions using digital tools, and utilizing your language skills to connect with clients. You will enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule while helping individuals improve their mental well-being through proven clinical practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based mental health treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT
- Deliver care to children, adults, couples, and/or families
- Manage clinical risk and respond appropriately to clinical crises
- Utilize measurement-based care and promote skill practice with clients
- Conduct sessions from a dedicated office space in India with a preference for in-person delivery
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in psychology, MPhil in psychology, or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in Farsi
- Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments
- Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families
- Must have a private office space with the ability to see clients in India
