The Junior Clinical Case Manager acts as a vital bridge between direct clinical care and operational oversight within Lyra Health's mental health delivery model in India. In this permanent, full-time role based in Mumbai, the candidate handles first-line helpline duties, crisis management, and clinical intake triage. A normal day involves delivering structured short-term therapy, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, auditing clinical documentation and outcome metrics like CORE-10, and managing affiliate network relationships and onboarding. The position requires blending high-level clinical risk assessment with detail-oriented case management to ensure high quality and scalable care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for the Lyra helpline and provide immediate in-the-moment clinical support and risk assessments.
• Conduct detailed clinical intake interviews and assign clients to the most suitable professional within the in-house team or partner network.
• Deliver high-quality, workplace-focused short-term counseling and psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct systematic monitoring and audits of active clinical cases to ensure strict adherence to documentation standards and outcome measurements.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for partner providers, assisting with database accuracy, affiliate onboarding, and portal requirements.
• Audit treatment plans to prevent clinical drift, maintain workplace focus, and ensure interventions align with Lyra's short-term model.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• 3 to 6 years of progressive clinical experience, preferably in EAP or corporate mental health environments
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Ability to manage first-line helpline, crisis management, and clinical intake triage
• Experience with clinical risk assessments and emergency interventions
• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and outcome metrics such as CORE-10
• Availability to work 48 hours per week across 5 or 6 days with various shifts

Good to have

• Experience in corporate mental health or EAP settings
• Familiarity with cross-border referral processes
• Experience in onboarding and training affiliate network providers
