As a Clinical Operations Consultant at lyrahealth in Mumbai, you will play a vital role in managing onsite clinics, coordinating training requests, and overseeing the intake team. Your team works to improve access to mental health care and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes. On a normal day, you might coordinate scheduling and logistics for onsite clinics, manage clinician onboarding and availability, handle customer training and workshop inquiries, create monthly rosters for the intake team, and track operational metrics. You will also provide general administrative support, maintain organized records, and collaborate with client success and account management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects and coordinate scheduling and logistics for Onsite Clinics in Mumbai.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for processing customer training and workshop requests.
• Create monthly rosters and oversee shift completion and data recording for the intake team.
• Track and manage clinician availability, capacity, and onboarding for clinic assignments.
• Ensure timely appointment scheduling, handle escalations, and prepare referral reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks, project support, and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Maintain organized documentation relating to clinics, training sessions, and critical incidents.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a clinical field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of data privacy principles.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills.
