In this role, your normal day involves building and integrating advanced AI workflows, designing scalable backend and frontend solutions, collaborating with team members on cutting-edge systems, and translating complex technical concepts into measurable business value. Working in a remote setup across India, you will contribute to an inclusive culture focused on continuous learning, autonomy, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend applications using ReactJS and Next.js.
• Develop backend services using Python with FastAPI, along with NodeJS or NestJS.
• Work on AI and LLM systems including embeddings and offline setups.
• Utilize vector databases like OpenSearch or Chroma for RAG solutions.
• Manage structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL and object storage.
• Analyze data and build KPIs using SQL and Python.
• Implement Git, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.

Requirements

• Bring 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with AI workflows like RAG and agent-based systems.
• Backend engineering expertise in Python with FastAPI.
• Frontend exposure using ReactJS and Next.js.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
• Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms.

Good to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
• Exposure to private or offline AI setups and local LLM deployments.
