Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
- Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Build automation testing strategies and implement innovative solutions for client applications
- Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency
- Prepare test metrics documents and analyze test results to maintain existing functionality
- Interact with developers and business analysts to resolve all testing-related issues
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of QA project management experience
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium automation, LambdaTest, and Postman
- Strong background in defining end-to-end testing strategies for enterprise companies
- Knowledge of AI tools, functional, end-to-end, and API testing, along with automation frameworks
- Programming knowledge in Java and automation using Selenium tool scripting
- Well-versed in people management, software debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the retail eCommerce domain
