As a Deployment Strategist Lead at ElevenLabs in India, you will take full responsibility for opening a brand new market and building a local team from scratch. ElevenLabs is a leading AI research and product company that builds human-like AI voice models, conversational agents, and creative audio platforms used by millions of users and top global enterprises. Operating like a co-founder in this senior role, you will help the organization transition from zero to one within the region. A normal day in this position involves meeting with strategic enterprise customers to identify their audio and voice AI needs, designing custom integrations, building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers, and presenting innovative solutions to technical teams and C-suite executives. You will also collaborate closely with internal research and product teams to share field insights, build engaging product demos, and ensure the successful end-to-end execution of major projects for key partners across the Indian market.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio needs and locate major pain points.
• Build, hire, and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to fit ElevenLabs technology into customer operations.
• Present project results and proposals to audiences ranging from technical staff to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to feed field insights back into software and AI models.
• Build and deliver compelling product demos to new and existing customers.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and an understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Strong technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and applications.
• Strategic and commercial awareness linking technical strategy with business goals and revenue impact.
• Fluency in English and a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances in India.

Good to have

• Experience in partner ecosystem development, including identifying and nurturing relationships with system integrators and resellers.
