In this role focusing on FSA Business Architecture for Regulatory Reporting, you will operate within the controllership value stream. Your primary function is to define, own, and govern the Future State Business Architecture covering capabilities, services, and processes. A normal day involves acting as the business representative in technology, data, and AI architecture forums, translating regulatory needs and finance strategies into clear blueprints, supporting detailed value stream designs, managing design governance, and communicating complex architecture topics with senior finance stakeholders and engineering teams to drive standardization and simplification.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain the Future State Business Architecture for regulatory reporting within the controllership value stream.
• Translate finance strategy and regulatory needs into a coherent target operating model and blueprint.
• Act as the finance value stream business representative in technology, data, and AI architecture forums.
• Support value stream teams in the detailed design of aligned capabilities, services, and processes.
• Establish and manage business design governance and record architecture exceptions.
• Engage and influence senior finance stakeholders, product owners, and architects to secure alignment.
• Drive simplification and standardization of finance processes and data structures through reuse.
