As a Product Engineer III in Pune, you will take charge of core foundational components within the Public Service Platform, specifically focusing on Identity and Access Management systems that ensure secure user access. Operating as an independent, career-level professional, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and guide product delivery from initial concept to final release. A typical workday involves leveraging AI-native tools to draft specifications, synthesize customer research, define user experience flows, partner with engineering teams, and ship code directly to production while maintaining full accountability for product quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap using customer research and business goals
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate findings into prioritized building decisions
• Ship code directly to production alongside engineering counterparts
• Write clear intent documents and review AI-generated specifications
• Define user experience flows using established design systems
• Track adoption and outcome metrics to guide subsequent iterations
• Represent the product in customer conversations and cross-functional reviews

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, UX design, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling Access Control systems
• Ability to synthesize customer discovery into roadmap priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proactive issue identification
• Experience defining user experience flows within a design system
• Proficiency or active skill development in AI-native workflows
• SaaS product experience
