Responsibilities

- Create AI-powered product capabilities like agent-driven workflows and intelligent data analysis.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily for coding, documentation, and debugging.
- Write clean code and review both human-written and AI-generated outputs carefully.
- Work across departments to translate business goals into successful customer features.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional agile software development experience
- Strong background in backend development and modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks like React
- Ability to work across the stack, including frontend, backend, and data layers
- Experience building heavily utilized enterprise SaaS software
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools with practical evaluation experience
- Experience building AI-powered product features such as agents or workflow automation
- Experience building APIs, event-driven patterns, and SQL or NoSQL database models
