You will collaborate closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ideas and ambiguous product problems into working systems, build customer and internal workflows, launch features quickly, and own your work from development through to monitoring and debugging in production.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
- Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
- Own your work beyond release by monitoring, debugging, learning, and improving.
Requirements
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
- Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stack.
- Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Strong English communication skills.
