The GenAI Senior Integrated Designer role at Brandtech+ involves driving innovative creative production by blending traditional design and motion skills with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. In this position, you will work collaboratively across a variety of projects, transforming briefs into standout visual assets for social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce. A normal day involves participating in multi-disciplinary teamwork, generating static and video content using GenAI models like the proprietary Pencil platform, refining layouts, adapting materials for multi-channel rollouts, and presenting AI-enhanced creative solutions to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ideate and deliver integrated digital and social design assets.
• Design and animate marketing materials, e-commerce content, and social visuals using GenAI tools.
• Take client briefs through insight, concept, generation, and assembly using various AI models.
• Optimize and adapt assets for web, mobile, and social distribution across multiple channels.
• Implement brand guidelines and quickly iterate designs based on constructive feedback.
• Present work to internal teams and explain how GenAI contributed to the execution.
• Research and experiment with new GenAI tools to maintain cutting-edge creative workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of traditional and AI-assisted projects.
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Veo3.
• Ability to analyze AI outputs for errors and correct them through prompt refinement or editing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design and mobile-first standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Good to have

• Familiarity with Figma.
• Prior experience with the Pencil AI platform.
