As the Head of Data Center IT Infrastructure, you will direct the performance, reliability, and scaling of data center operations across a specific region. A typical day involves leading technical teams, overseeing server and network infrastructure, serving as the primary contact for critical incidents, governing change activities, and ensuring high availability across high-density environments like GPU clusters. You will also collaborate with global teams, review root cause analyses, and drive standardization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide regional Data Center IT technicians and teams.
• Drive operational consistency and standards across regional data centers.
• Serve as the main escalation point for critical incidents and regional risks.
• Oversee mission-critical servers, networking equipment, and GPU clusters.
• Govern hardware changes, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with internal groups, global teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with security, safety, and operational SLAs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center IT operations and infrastructure support.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional data center operations.
• Familiarity with GPU-based or high-performance computing environments.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and enterprise networking equipment.
• Understanding of ITIL, ITSM practices, and asset management processes.
• Background in project planning and cross-site coordination.

Good to have

• Professional certifications such as ITIL or PMI.
• Category B Driving License.
