Nebius, a company listed on Nasdaq and building a full-stack AI cloud platform for the global AI economy, is seeking a Regional Asset Manager in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will oversee the management of Data Center IT infrastructure assets to support operational excellence. The company creates advanced AI cloud solutions without the complexity of in-house infrastructure, backed by a global team of engineers. On a typical day, you will maintain the inventory database, conduct physical and virtual asset audits, manage the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, and handle RMA processes for data center components like GPUs. You will also generate performance and financial reports, analyze trends to reduce costs, collaborate with internal stakeholders for asset allocation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the inventory database for IT assets including servers, storage, networking equipment, and GPUs.
• Perform regular physical and virtual asset audits for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• Handle the RMA process for GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, and other data center parts.
• Produce reports on asset utilization, performance metrics, and financial analysis.
• Analyze data trends to recommend cost reductions and performance optimizations.
• Enforce policies regarding asset security, compliance, risk management, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to support asset allocation and communicate status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset management focusing on IT equipment assets.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and asset management tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, lists, and graphs.
• Experience with IT asset budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Readiness for business travel.

Good to have

• Relevant certifications such as IAITAM CHAMP or equivalent.
