Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed cloud infrastructure leader for the global AI economy headquartered in Amsterdam, is hiring an India Supply Chain Security Manager in India. The company builds a full-stack AI cloud platform supporting developers and enterprises from data training to production deployment. In this role, you will own and lead all supply chain security operations across India with full dual-domain responsibility covering both warehouse and transportation security. A normal day involves serving as the primary authority for security matters, establishing vendor relationships, enforcing security standards across 3PLs and logistics partners, conducting facility audits and route risk assessments, responding to security incidents, managing GPS tracking and physical security systems, and coordinating closely with the APAC Supply Chain Security Manager while navigating local regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead warehouse security across all facilities in India with full accountability for facility-level risk and performance.
• Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners, 3PLs, and co-located vendors managing high-value assets.
• Manage physical security standards such as access control, CCTV, guard force oversight, and alarm systems, conducting audits against TAPA FSR standards.
• Lead end-to-end response and investigation for warehouse and in-transit security incidents including theft, loss, and tampering.
• Own transportation security across all shipment lanes in India, ensuring secure handling, packaging, and movement of high-value assets.
• Manage GPS tracking, geofencing, and real-time monitoring of assets across active shipments and conduct route risk assessments.
• Maintain close coordination with the APAC Supply Chain Security Manager and navigate India's regulatory and compliance landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or combined warehouse and transportation security.
• Proven experience operating across India with strong understanding of the local logistics, regulatory, and security environment.
• Strong experience working with both warehouse facility security and in-transit transportation security operations.
• Demonstrated experience working with Indian logistics providers, 3PLs, carriers, and security vendors.
• Demonstrated experience leading incident response across warehouse and transportation security events.
• Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) along with an analytical and structured approach to risk assessment.

Good to have

• Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure supply chain security such as data centers, AI hardware, or electronics.
• Background in Indian law enforcement, military security-related roles, or corporate security.
• Familiarity with TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR, or equivalent supply chain security standards.
• Familiarity with supply chain security technologies like GPS tracking, geofencing, and CCTV.
• Understanding of the logistics and security landscape across key Indian cities, distribution hubs, and freight routes.
