Responsibilities

• Build and launch Android features using Kotlin
• Design clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and renewals
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify user journeys

• Enhance app performance, lower crash rates, and optimize memory usage
• Utilize analytics and user behavior insights to improve product quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin
• Strong Android fundamentals with experience shipping production apps
• Knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture
• Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues
• High ownership, fast execution, and attention to product quality
• Strong English communication skills
