The Platform Hiring Specialist (French-speaking) role at DoorDash India involves joining the Platform Hiring Team, which operates as a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine supporting DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt businesses. The team owns candidate delivery within active hiring platforms like Fountain and Greenhouse, managing repeatable and scaled hiring workflows. On a normal day, you will review AI-supported recommendations, assess interview content, confirm candidate eligibility, and make final human progression decisions. You will also handle candidate communications, complete offer flows, maintain accurate records, and escalate pipeline risks, system defects, or compliance concerns. Through this role, you help DoorDash scale its recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, fairness, and candidate service across French-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Work from shared platform queues and complete assigned workflows within agreed service windows.
• Own assigned candidate cases from application review through offer acceptance and handoff.
• Review platform and AI-supported recommendations using approved criteria.
• Make and document final human candidate progression decisions within approved processes.
• Trigger offer videos or conduct offer calls based on role and market needs.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant candidate records in the active system.
• Escalate pipeline risks, system defects, scoring anomalies, and compliance concerns.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of relevant experience in scaled hiring recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, candidate operations, or a comparable service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repeatable work at pace.
• Sound judgment and confidence making fair, evidence-based candidate decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a strong candidate-service mindset.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems or workflow tools such as Fountain, Greenhouse, or comparable systems.
• French language skills.
