As a Technical Recruiter at DoorDash India in Hyderabad, you will be a vital member of the DoorDash Labs Recruiting Team. The Labs Recruiting Team builds the DoorDash Labs culture through quality hires, partnering closely with hiring teams to secure remarkable technical talent efficiently and without bias. In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager and support the expanding India Operations team. A normal day in this role involves collaborating with engineering leaders and hiring managers, designing creative sourcing and closing strategies, executing mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns, influencing hiring decisions, and utilizing data and market insights to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Labs Engineering leaders to hire top engineers across various teams.
• Work alongside hiring managers to build creative strategies for engaging and closing talent.
• Drive large-scale talent acquisition initiatives by planning mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Influence hiring decisions at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Leverage data, industry knowledge, and trends to create effective closing strategies.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering.
• Demonstrate experience in-house and in closing candidates.
• Have an in-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification.
• Master successful pipeline management.
• Use talent market insights and data to influence decisions with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Build new processes and iterate to improve efficiency.
• Be metrics-driven and use data to guide decisions.
