Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm and a Wipro company, is hiring a PMO Support resource for its Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme in India. In this full-time role, you will work within the Risk Uplift and Remediation workstream to help financial and energy sector clients transform their businesses. Your team focuses on deep transformation execution, governance, and delivery excellence. A normal day in this role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans and RAID logs, tracking milestones, preparing governance packs and status reports, and supporting meetings through minute taking and action tracking. You will collaborate closely with the Workstream Lead and the wider programme team to ensure all deliverables stay aligned with governance standards while working in an open culture that values inclusivity and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Support workstream planning, governance, and reporting activities
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency registers
• Coordinate the production of status reports, governance packs, and stakeholder communications
• Track milestones, deliverables, and remediation activities while escalating issues appropriately
• Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking
• Ensure workstream documentation and programme artefacts are maintained according to standards
• Assist with stakeholder coordination and follow-up on actions across the workstream

Requirements

• Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or programme support role within a change or transformation environment
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, RAID management, and project planning activities
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities

Good to have

• Experience within risk, remediation, regulatory change, or Third-Party Risk Management programmes
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, or MS Project
