Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of studio design strategy.
- Collaborate on annual business and workforce plans.
- Build and manage strategic client relationships to drive new business.
- Oversee all studio design projects to ensure quality and creativity.
- Provide financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Partner with Delivery and Management teams to meet financial targets.
- Lead high-stakes bid and pitch presentations to win new business.
Requirements
- Degree in architecture or an equivalent design-related discipline.
- Proficiency in Revit with integration into project workflows.
- High level of technical knowledge and design expertise.
- Strong understanding of project financials, corporate real estate, and approvals.
- Experience leading and developing high-performance teams on complex projects.
