Renewal Coordinator - Remote, India

Level AI is looking for a Renewal Coordinator to join their Customer Success and Revenue Operations department on a full-time remote basis in India, working EST hours. Level AI operates in the customer experience space with a specialized platform. In this position, you will support the expanding renewals and upsell function by handling critical coordination, documentation, and process tasks to help internal teams focus on business growth. A typical day involves managing the renewal calendar, preparing internal planning kits and presentations, collaborating with internal departments like Legal and Revenue Operations, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, tracking forecasts, and helping streamline workflows. Although it starts as an internal-facing position, the role will eventually evolve to include direct customer interactions regarding renewal statuses and order documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal calendar and drive timelines for upcoming renewals.
• Build internal renewal planning kits containing contract details and usage data.
• Schedule and lead recurring internal planning and forecasting sessions.
• Prepare renewal kickoff presentations and draft order forms.
• Maintain weekly renewals and upsell forecasts in Salesforce.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to keep contract data accurate in Salesforce.
• Help evolve, document, and improve renewal and upsell processes.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or account coordination.
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and standard commercial terms.
• Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
• Interest in applying AI tools to streamline daily work.
