Responsibilities
- Map raw payer/plan and HCP/provider records into governed DecodeRx hierarchies by reconciling inconsistent naming and structures.
- Perform content research using online and source-based methods to enrich record details such as plan types and parent organizations.
- Assign confidence ratings, document mapping rationale, and prepare reviewer-ready outputs while QCing junior analyst mappings.
- Monitor, maintain, and validate data quality, cleansing and enriching data as required across multiple systems.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, metadata management practices, and governance policies.
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify quality issues and build management tools like dashboards and scorecards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate data processes and support product improvements.

- Familiarity with payer and HCP mapping, content research, SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
- Experience with master data management (MDM), data profiling, and analysis tools.
- Combined 2+ years of work experience across United States healthcare data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
Good to have
- Experience with master data management tools like Reltio or Informatica.
