Motive is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their Quote-to-Cash engineering team and support scaling operations for nearly 100,000 customers. Motive provides an AI-powered platform that unifies safety, operations, and finance teams to manage fleets, vehicles, and equipment efficiently. In this role, you will help build, scale, and maintain the company's critical Quote-to-Cash stack, which encompasses Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing and Revenue, NetSuite, and integration tools. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain technical solutions across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
- Configure Salesforce components including Apex, Triggers, Flows, and LWC.
- Build and manage integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware tools.
- Monitor integration health and establish proactive alerting procedures.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Support applications within a strict SOX compliance control framework.
- Contribute to technical design reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
- Extensive background in Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash within SaaS environments.
- Hands-on practice with Salesforce CPQ and related workflows.
- Integration expertise using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware like n8n or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with billing and revenue recognition concepts such as ASC 606.
- Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, or NetSuite ERP systems.
- Understanding of Salesforce security models and Agile CI/CD tools.
