As a UI Designer for the AI Neobank App, you will craft intuitive, elegant, and high-performing interfaces for the company's AI and financial products. A normal day in this role involves working closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex requirements into polished, user-centric wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web. You will focus heavily on visual quality, interaction details, and usability, ensuring that financial services like insurance, payments, and investments feel simple and trustworthy. Additionally, you will help maintain and evolve the design system, iterate based on feedback and analytics, and ensure accessibility and responsiveness across various devices.
Responsibilities
- Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
- Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
- Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
- Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation.
- Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics and usability testing.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness and visual consistency across different devices and platforms.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design and UI craftsmanship.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping and modern design workflows.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines (iOS and Android) and responsive layouts.
- Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture and user-centred design.
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.
- High attention to detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography and spacing.
- Portfolio is required for consideration.
