A normal day involves designing prompts, configuring workflows, integrating enterprise systems via APIs, setting up telephony routing, and collaborating directly with customers through demos, testing, and deployment. You will own the complete end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent delivery from concept to production, helping businesses improve service quality and reduce operational costs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents including prompt design and workflow configuration.
- Manage client engagements by leading demos, communicating progress, and gathering feedback.
- Configure and connect systems using APIs and integrate with enterprise tools like CRMs.
- Set up telephony integrations such as SIP, CCaaS, and PSTN routing.
- Refine prompts for LLM-driven agents and monitor performance to meet targets.
- Collaborate across functions with product and engineering teams to address platform gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-5 years of experience in conversational AI, solution engineering, or system integration.
- Strong communication skills to lead customer discussions and explain technical concepts.
- Hands-on skills in prompt design, workflow building, and API integration.
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation concepts and optimization.
- Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
