Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration and quality of content-rights data in Rightsline.
- Lead a team of analysts to enter contract details and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Perform quality checks and reconcile datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
- Prepare operational reporting and analysis on work volume, completeness, accuracy, and data variances.
- Support special projects including systems improvement UAT and data reconciliation initiatives.
- Enter contract details into the system of record following approved workflows and standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience leading teams in rights or contract management within media and entertainment.
- Proven leadership skills in keeping teams accountable and executing goals with process improvement in mind.
- High attention to detail with the ability to understand contract language and translate terms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional influence.
- Experience with Rightsline and understanding of upstream and downstream data flows and business impacts.
