As a Lead Product Manager (SaaS + AI) at Zenoti in Hyderabad, you will shape the vision and strategic direction for data products within an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution built for the beauty and wellness industry. Zenoti provides a comprehensive mobile platform used by salons, spas, and fitness studios worldwide to handle online bookings, point of sale, CRM, and inventory management. In your day-to-day work, you will guide technical designs, oversee data governance frameworks, conduct user research, and write functional specifications. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions while defining key performance indicators to evaluate product success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic direction for data products aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee technical design and architectural decisions to build scalable and efficient data products.
• Implement data governance frameworks and establish data quality and consistency standards across platforms.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, and business teams to translate needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct user research to gather insights, prioritize features, and deliver significant user value.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for data products to measure success and find improvements.
• Write detailed functional specifications and work with engineering teams to deliver features release after release.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience as a Product Manager in Reporting and Analytics areas of the product.
• Working knowledge of current analytical technologies, data warehouse design, and business intelligence best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the mobile, web, and cloud technology space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Good to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
