Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales targets and corporate objectives.
- Drive sales enrollments and achieve revenue targets in the city through call center leads, open market activities, and digital funnels.
- Build a database of key contact persons and prospective customers in the assigned geography.
- Handle, motivate, and train allocated team members to ensure regular market visits for enrollments and usage.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel and manage category leads from qualification to closure.
- Sell cross-sell products like Merchant Loans, Personal Loans, and GOLD SIP to existing and new merchants, including upgrades.
- Travel extensively throughout specified areas utilizing good networking capabilities.
