As an HR Onboarding Intern at Paytm in Noida, you will help welcome and integrate new joiners during their crucial first days. In this three-month, work-from-office internship, your typical day involves greeting new employees, guiding them through joining formalities, and assisting with orientation sessions. You will also maintain accurate digital employee records, update onboarding trackers, and help ensure that all necessary forms and policy acknowledgments are completed smoothly while managing confidential information with care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide new employees on their first day.
• Support HR in conducting orientation sessions and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed MBA or Graduation
